Role Description

This part-time hybrid role of an Insurance Consultant is based in Kolkata, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Consultant will engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored financial and insurance solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include advising on suitable policies, assisting with claims, and providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with customers, branch teams, and stakeholders in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Insurance and Finance to guide clients in selecting appropriate plans
• Strong skills in Consulting and Customer Service to identify client needs and provide exceptional support
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain policies and maintain clear interaction with clients
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with a problem-solving attitude
• Previous experience in insurance sales or consulting is advantageous
• Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Kolkata market are a plus
• Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid model
