Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, allowing for flexibility with a combination of in-office and remote work. As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance policies, performing financial assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts and processes.
• Experience in Consulting and providing strategic, tailored advice to clients.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of balancing in-office and remote work responsibilities.
• Previous experience in financial or insurance services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
