As a Change Management and Transformation Consultant in Capital Markets at Accenture, you will be part of the Capital Markets practices within Accenture's Capability Network. Your role will involve collaborating with global teams to assist investment banks, asset and wealth managers, and exchanges in preparing for the digital future. Here are some key responsibilities you will undertake: - Collaborate with clients to solve complex problems related to regulatory reforms and implementation. - Define and manage organizational change with respect to process, technology, and organizational structure. - Lead transformation projects to migrate from legacy systems to target systems. - Evaluate current processes and recommend industry best practices to enhance efficiency. - Support data governance and management to optimize operations and drive business decision-making. - Contribute to the development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates, and trends tracking. To excel in this role, you are expected to have the following qualifications: - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess: - An MBA from a reputed business school with a strong blend of consulting and functional skills. - Industry-specific certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM, or others are a plus. - Prior experience working on consulting projects is essential. - Subject matter expertise in Investment Banking & Investment Management functions, including domains such as Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, Front Office Advisory, Risk Management, Data Governance, and more. - Experience with OMS systems, back office applications, portfolio management, collateral management, fund management, treasury functions, risk management, exchange & trading avenues, regulatory change and compliance, robotics process automation, data migration, trading platforms, and agile methodologies.
