Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant based in Durgapur, with some flexibility for work-from-home opportunities. The Insurance Consultant will connect with clients to understand and evaluate their insurance needs, provide well-informed financial and insurance advice, and recommend suitable insurance products. The role involves supporting clients with excellent customer service and addressing queries to ensure a seamless customer experience. Consultants will also collaborate with internal teams to improve services and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Insurance and Finance to offer accurate and suitable financial and insurance solutions.
• Proven experience in Consulting and Customer Service, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the capability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
