Insurance Claims Specialist

As an Insurance Claims Specialist at We Assist, you will be responsible for managing the Insurance Desk at a Multi-Specialty Hospital. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as a point of contact for insurance-related inquiries, creating awareness about insurance claims procedures, and collecting necessary claim support documents from patients and hospitals. You will be required to interact with insurance companies and third-party administrators to coordinate the transfer of data and ensure timely processing of claims. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (or equivalent experience) and have excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong analytical skills will be essential for effective planning, forecasting, and execution of insurance claim processes. You should also demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
