Role Overview Were looking for an Advisor cum Operations Manager to build and lead NYVO Insurance operations from the ground up. You will work closely with the founders to set up insurance business, process architecture, advisory frameworks, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that the insurance vertical scales with precision, compliance, and customer trust. Key Responsibilities To start with, help customers understand and buy the right insurance policy that fits their financial goals, lifestyle, and protection needs. Build and lead NYVO’s insurance business from the ground up — establishing a high-performing sales and operations engine. Design and execute sales and distribution strategies that drive conversions, revenue growth, and strong customer relationships. Create scalable processes for lead generation, advisory, onboarding, policy issuance, renewals, and claims — ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with founders to digitize sales and service workflows, improving speed, accuracy, and user transparency. Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) across sales and servicing to build a consistent, efficient, and measurable operating rhythm. Co-design advisory journeys and communication flows with the Founders to strengthen trust, clarity, and decision-making for customers. Build sales and advisory team - laying the foundation for a scalable insurance organization. Build training programs, growth pathways, and incentive structures that drive performance while maintaining a customer-first culture. Who You Are 2-4 years of experience in insurance operations, partnerships, or distribution setup. Comfortable with early-stage chaos — structured, hands-on, and execution-first. Curious about building insurance systems — not just running existing ones. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. What You’ll Build You’ll be the founding operator for NYVO’s Insurance business — setting up everything from process design to policy issuance systems. You’ll directly influence how India’s next-gen families understand and buy protection products — transparently, intelligently, and confidently.
