• Process claims: Analyze and process insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy guidelines.

• Communicate with stakeholders: Liaise with policyholders, claimants, agents, and other departments to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
• Determine coverage and payment: Evaluate claims based on policy terms, negotiate settlements within company guidelines, and calculate benefits due.
• Maintain records: Document all claim activities and interactions in a claims management system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes to ensure all claims are handled in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Resolve issues: Address and resolve discrepancies, disputes, and complex claim issues by applying sound judgment and collaborating with other teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
