  • A Nursing Superintendent is a senior-level nursing professional responsible for the overall management and oversight of nursing services within a healthcare facility. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities:Leadership and Management:
  • Supervises nursing staff:This includes hiring, training, performance management, and providing guidance and support to nurses and other subordinate staff.

Clinical and Operational Responsibilities:

  • Oversees patient care: They ensure that patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Conducts regular rounds: They visit various units to assess the quality of care and address any concerns.
  • Participates in budget preparation: They contribute to the development of the nursing department's budget.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations: They ensure that nursing practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guntur, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • NURSING superintendent: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • Telugu,English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BSC NURSING & MSC NURSING (Required)
