Insurance Business Development Executive / Insurance Relationship Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Generate insurance business from existing clients, channel partners, and reference baseCross-sell and upsell Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance productsUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutionsCoordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for policy issuanceMaintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat businessFollow up on leads, proposals, renewals, and pending documentationAchieve monthly and quarterly business targetsMaintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactionsEnsure compliance with IRDA regulations and company processesSupport renewal business and policy servicing when required

Candidate Requirements

Knowledge of Life, Health, Motor & General Insurance products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on targets and close deals
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and relationship building
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management systems
IRDA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
