Job description Job Requirement: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and referrals Assess client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable insurance solutions Research and compare policies from multiple insurers to find optimal coverage and pricing Present and clearly explain policy features —including benefits, exclusions, and costs—to clients Negotiate policy terms and premiums with underwriters on behalf of clients Close sales and finalize policies , ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed Support clients through claims , liaising with insurers for smooth processing Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments as client needs or life events change Maintain accurate records of interactions, policies, premiums, and renewals in CRM systems Meet sales targets and drive business growth through strategic marketing and client retention Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and informed advice Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,461.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9354266363
