Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to shape messaging and brand tone. Research trends in insurance/finance marketing and propose creative campaigns. Assist in designing marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, infographics). Track performance of digital content and suggest optimization strategies. Website Management Who You Are: Graduate in Marketing, Media, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field. Skilled in using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite. Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and storytelling. Confident in presenting ideas and taking initiative. Aware of current digital trends, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram. Basic knowledge of the finance/insurance domain is a plus (but not mandatory).
Role Overview As an Executive– Underwriting & Client Relations, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring robust risk assessment, structuring complex insurance programs, and supporting the business development team with technical knowledge and client support. You'll act as a key bridge between clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure technically sound and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate client risk exposures and design optimal insurance solutions across property, liability, engineering, marine, employee benefits and miscellaneous lines. Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and develop tailor-made proposals. Support the sales team with technical presentations, client meetings, and product structuring. Stay updated with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and ensure all underwriting practices are compliant. Review policy wordings, endorsements, and support claims from a technical standpoint. Drive innovation in insurance solutions and underwriting methodologies. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate (with professional certifications in insurance, e.g., Licenciate or Associateship, from III preferred). Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach.
