Job Description

Role Overview: We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape Axiom’s digital presence and marketing strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about social media content creation, corporate communications, and strategic marketing. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging content (especially Instagram/LinkedIn Reels), designing pitch presentations, and supporting the overall growth of our marketing function. Key Responsibilities: Create and edit short-form video content (Reels) for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Develop marketing and sales pitch decks for B2B client meetings. Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to shape messaging and brand tone. Research trends in insurance/finance marketing and propose creative campaigns. Assist in designing marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, infographics). Track performance of digital content and suggest optimization strategies. Website Management Who You Are: Graduate in Marketing, Media, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field. Skilled in using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite. Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and storytelling. Confident in presenting ideas and taking initiative. Aware of current digital trends, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram. Basic knowledge of the finance/insurance domain is a plus (but not mandatory).
