Job Description

The Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive will manage client relationships, handle insurance portal tasks, and coordinate training. They will use CRM software, conduct client visits, and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Insurance Portal Handling: You will use portals like Applied Epic for quoting, policy issuance, renewals, and providing client support.
  • CRM Software: You will manage sales activities, track client records, and oversee the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Insurance Training Co-Ordinator: You will explain clients about insurance products and processes to help them understand and utilize the solutions effectively.
  • Client Visits: You will conduct in-person visits when necessary to present proposals, discuss policies, or address client concerns.
  • Market Research: You will stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to improve the sales process.
  • Reporting & Feedback: You will provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: You will stay up to date on the companys insurance products, including any updates or changes.
  • Problem-Solving: You will promptly address client issues, offering solutions and guiding them through insurance-related challenges.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, corporate sales, Non-life Insurance or an insurance broker environment.

Education: Bachelors degree in Insurance or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales and managing client data.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing and experience with lead generation are a plus.

Background as an Insurance broker would be an added advantage.
