Vadodara's leading MNC Company is hiring Insurance Broker at Vadodara Location.

Position: Insurance Broker
Location: Vadodara , Gujarat
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the insurance sector
Qualification: MBA (Finance preferred)
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ insurance needs and provide suitable advice on available products.
• Research, compare, and negotiate the best insurance policies with multiple insurance providers.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance companies.
• Assist clients in claims management and ensure smooth settlement.
• Analyze client portfolios and suggest renewals, upgrades, or new policies.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare accurate documentation, proposals, and reports for clients.
• Achieve sales and business development targets set by the organization.

Key Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general, and corporate).
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Excellent English Fluency is Required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (fluency in English is a must).
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹259,444.12 - ₹300,000.00 per year
