Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Billing Executive to manage and process insurance-related activities for government health schemes and private insurance providers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling:

• CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme)
• ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme)
• ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation)
• Railway Insurance Cases
• GIPSA Packages
• Ayushman Bharat – PMJAY
• All major TPAs and Insurance Companies

Key Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, approvals, and discharges.
• Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and scheme guidelines.
• Coordinate with TPA representatives, insurance companies, and government scheme portals.
• Prepare and submit claims as per scheme-specific and TPA requirements.
• Track claim status, resolve queries, and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
• Handle cashless and reimbursement workflows efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to hospital billing policies and tariff structures.
• Support patients and their families with insurance-related clarifications.
• Maintain MIS reports and daily billing summaries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably B.Com / Healthcare or Finance-related degrees).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospital insurance billing.
• Strong knowledge of government health schemes and TPA processes.
• Proficiency in hospital billing software and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,548.71 - ₹33,188.08 per month
