Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent, located in Khairthal. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and meeting client insurance needs, explaining policy options, and advising on the most suitable insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance. The role also entails building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing insurance brokerage processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service. Additionally, the Insurance Agent will contribute to achieving team sales targets and adhere to industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and providing sound Insurance Brokerage services
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of the insurance market
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Familiarity with relevant insurance regulations and compliance standards
• Prior experience in the insurance or finance sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
