Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Insurance Agent, based in Gwalior. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, selling insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, offering tailored insurance products and solutions, managing insurance brokerage services, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of finance principles related to the health insurance industry
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively handle client communication and build long-term relationships
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in insurance or sales
• Knowledge of the local market in Gwalior is an advantage
