Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Vadodara. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, selling diverse insurance policies tailored to customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves offering guidance on insurance options, handling client inquiries, maintaining client records, and supporting them in policy claims. Developing an understanding of financial planning and contributing to the company's mission of securing lives will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Finance is an asset
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Self-motivated and results-driven with attention to detail
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
