Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development:Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency goals and grow the customer base.
  • Team Leadership & Management:Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of insurance sales agents to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Set and monitor sales objectives and targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track sales team performance, provide feedback, and evaluate individual and team results.
  • Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Compliance & Regulations:Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Staff Management:Manage staffing levels, conduct hiring and onboarding, and foster a positive and productive sales environment.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector, is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
