Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Advisor, located in Patna with opportunities for partial work-from-home. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and building long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting financial assessments, maintaining client portfolios, ensuring timely premium collections, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on market trends, attending regular training sessions, and upholding company service standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship skills for building strong client connections and achieving sales goals.
  • Financial advisory and analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain products clearly and professionally.
  • Organizational and time-management capabilities for maintaining client records and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, including product offerings, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for managing customer interactions and workflows.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; prior sales experience is an advantage.
