Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Insurance Advisor located in Jammu. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying client needs and providing insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on insurance policies, assisting with claims and renewals, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. The advisor will also provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and stay knowledgeable about insurance products and services.

• Consulting and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in insurance or finance would be beneficial
