Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Insurance Advisor based in Lucknow. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance consultation to clients, assisting with choosing suitable insurance products, managing client relationships, and maintaining comprehensive policy documentation. Excellent customer service and effective communication with clients to understand their needs will be pivotal to this role.

Qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry and sound knowledge of various insurance products
Finance and consulting skills with the ability to provide expert advice
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
