Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, located in Lucknow with some work from home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and offering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reviewing and analyzing clients' current insurance portfolios, conducting financial planning meetings, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of LIC's insurance products and services. The role also involves regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Insurance, Finance, and Consulting skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
