Insurance Sales Advisor

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed)
• Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Insurance Sales (Life, Term, or Health Insurance)
• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Pitch and sell insurance plans (Life/Health/Term) based on customer needs.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent service and follow-up for customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and sales-focused mindset.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven setup.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years.

Shift Timings:

• Male Employees: Rotational shifts (24x7)
• Female Employees: Shift window between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
