Key Responsibilities:

Preparation & review of instrumentation engineering documents (IO lists, hook-up drawings, cable schedules).
Selection, sizing & specification of instruments: transmitters, sensors, analyzers, control valves, actuators.
Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, SCADA interfaces & control architecture.
Loop checking, calibration, FAT/SAT and commissioning support.
Coordination with electrical, mechanical, piping & civil teams.
Vendor management, technical bid evaluation & inspection.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality norms.
Troubleshooting instrumentation issues during project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in
industrial projects
(refinery/oil & gas/chemical/manufacturing/petrochemical/steel).
Understanding of ISA/IEC standards.
Hands-on experience with field instruments and control systems.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to manage site activities and vendor coordination.

Nice to Have:

Experience with EPC/PMC companies.
Exposure to automation & advanced instrumentation systems.
