Role & responsibilities Develop project schedules, work plans, and budgets for construction sites, ensuring alignment with timelines and budget constraints. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety standards, and regulations. Conduct inspections to monitor progress and ensure high standards of workmanship and material quality. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of site issues. Oversee office interior design and fit-out projects, including space planning, layout design, and interior dcor, ensuring alignment with the clients brand and functional requirements. Source materials, furnishings, and finishes for office interiors; coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring interior fit-out projects meet deadlines without compromising quality. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience or more than that in project management for both construction and office interior projects. Proficiency in project management software (MS Office, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated experience in budget control, scheduling, and project tracking for both construction and interior projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to handle complex issues on construction sites and in office interiors, with a focus on efficient solutions. High level of attention to detail for quality assurance in both construction and interior finishing.
