Job Description

Job Summary:

DGCA-approved syllabus

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom lectures as per DGCA-approved AME curriculum
Conduct laboratory and practical sessions related to assigned subjects
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and presentations
Explain engineering concepts clearly and effectively to students
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams
Maintain academic records, attendance, and internal assessment reports
Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct during lab sessions
Support DGCA audits, inspections, and academic documentation
Participate in academic planning and faculty meetings
Guide and mentor students academically

Subjects (Based on Qualification & Allocation)

Basic Electrical Engineering
Electronics Fundamentals
Digital Electronics
Avionics Basics
Aircraft Systems (Introductory Level)
Human Factors / Aviation Regulations (as assigned)

Eligibility / Qualifications

B.E / M.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
AME-related knowledge or DGCA modules
Preferred

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

Academic teaching
or
Industrial / Engineering / Aviation-related industry

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject knowledge in EEE / ECE domains
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle students effectively
Practical and application-oriented teaching approach
Documentation and reporting skills
Safety-conscious mindset
