Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging instructional materials. Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives for eLearning modules. Create interactive simulations using Articulate Storyline and Captivate. Ensure alignment of instructional designs with business goals and objectives. Conduct usability testing to improve course effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in Instructional Design or related field. Proficiency in creating engaging storyboards using various tools (e.g., Balsamiq). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in eLearning development.
