Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials, e-learning modules, and training content. You will apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences. Collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to structure content effectively is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will create assessments, quizzes, and activities to evaluate learning outcomes, ensuring that the content is interactive, engaging, and learner-focused.
