Job Title: Instructional Designer Job Type: Short-term Freelance (3-4 months) - both part time & full time positions open Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate (hiring on rolling basis) Job Summary: We are urgently hiring an Instructional Designers to support a fast-paced eLearning courseware project delivery. The role involves creation of eLearning screens and modules as per storyboards using industry-standard software like Articulate Storyline 360 and PowerPoint as per storyboard specifications and formatting guidelines. The ideal candidate should have strong design and development skills, entry-level experience in industry-standard designing software like Articulate Storyline 360, creative and technical ability to translate storyboards and scripts into impactful visual communication, good command in professional English, strong eye to detail, while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and formatting. Project Timeline: October 2025 – January 2026 Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and format Articulate 360 screens based on provided storyboards. ● Integrate voiceovers and videos into slides with accurate sync. ● Test and quality-check screens for accuracy, interactivity, and visual consistency. ● Coordinate with the Project Lead & senior developers for layout feedback and design revisions. ● Deliver work within tight daily & weekly timelines. Must Have Skills: ● Good visual design sense and basic knowledge of animations and interactivity. ● Hands-on experience with e-learning courseware development using software like Articulate Storyline 360. ● Strong attention to detail. ● Clear communication & high responsiveness. ● Willingness to learn quickly on the job. Overall Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Education, Training or related fields. ● Good to have certification or hands-on training in E-learning Design Tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.). ● Familiarity with AI tools for image, text and video generation and editing. ● Strong computer literacy - MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets ● Reliable work setup (laptop + stable internet). ● Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and be responsive during work hours. ● Stay updated with digital learning tools, AI applications, and new content trends. Work Schedule: ● Part Time ~3-4 hours each day, remote, flexible. ● Full Time option available as well - ~8 hours each day, remote, flexible. ● Flexible hours; should align with delivery checkpoints and coordination calls. Compensation: ● For full time, Rs. 30,000-40,000/- per month based on previous experience and quality of work. ● For part-time/freelancer, delivery-based payment proportionate to time engagement. ● Opportunity for continued association with future eLearning projects in the organization.
