Job Description

Position: Instructional Designer Location Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Design, develop & maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia. Manage and optimize learning content within the Cornerstone Learning Management System. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions. Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps. Minimum Qualifications: Experience managing projects, including scope and schedule. Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia. 5+ years of experience designing and developing online learning. Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development. Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies & modalities, as well as practical experience in the application of training development models. Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools. Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia. Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate with global stakeholders and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using generative AI authoring tools for voiceover and animation (WellSaid Labs and Vyond) An eye for graphic design & experience with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) Advanced knowledge of Cornerstone Learning Management System.
