About the Role

Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design instructional materials, including eLearning modules, multi-media content, job aids to help users maximize use of Linarc’s platform.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract and organize content.
• Apply instructional design models to develop effective learning solutions.
• Develop digital learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, Camtasia).
• Ensure instructional quality through iterative reviews, testing, and feedback loops.
• Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and simulations.
• Stay current with learning trends, tools, and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data and learner feedback

  Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and graphic/media editing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

  Nice to Have

• Background or design experience in the

• Experience with B2B tools in domains like logistics, finance, field services, or HR
