About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative eLearning Content Creator to design engaging, edutainment-style digital learning for the real estate industry. You’ll combine instructional design, video production, and motion graphics to build interactive modules using the latest AI and eLearning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop eLearning modules using adult learning & microlearning principles.
• Create videos, animations, graphics, and interactive content.
• Write scripts, taglines, and engaging training copy.
• Use tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Deploy and manage content on LMS/LXP platforms.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and updates based on feedback and trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–7 years in eLearning, multimedia, or instructional design.
• Strong video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & eLearning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
