Instructional Designer

You are expected to play a crucial role in our Learning & Development team by utilizing your 03 years of experience in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or related fields. Your primary responsibility will be to create top-notch eLearning content in collaboration with subject matter experts. This will involve using various authoring tools, design platforms, and video-editing software to deliver engaging and effective learning materials. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interactive eLearning modules utilizing tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline or Adobe Captivate - Design instructional videos using Clipchamp or similar video-editing tools - Create infographics, learning aids, and presentations with Canva and PowerPoint - Assist in scriptwriting and storyboard design - Ensure visual and instructional consistency with internal standards and brand guidelines - Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts for feedback and enhancements In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or related disciplines - Proficiency in at least two of the following tools: Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Canva, Clipchamp, PowerPoint - Solid grasp of layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and basic video/image editing - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you have the following additional qualifications, it would be considered a plus: - Familiarity with instructional design principles - Experience in voiceover recording or basic audio editing - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.),
