You are a creative and detail-oriented individual with 03 years of experience in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or a related field. You will be joining our L&D team in a full-time role where you will be responsible for developing high-quality eLearning content using authoring tools, design platforms, and video-editing software. Your main task will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to create interactive eLearning modules, instructional videos, infographics, learning aids, and presentations. Your key responsibilities will include developing interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline or Adobe Captivate, designing instructional videos using Clipchamp or similar video-editing tools, creating infographics, learning aids, and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint, assisting in writing scripts and designing storyboards, ensuring visual and instructional alignment with internal standards and brand guidelines, as well as working with instructional designers and subject matter experts for reviews and iterations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or related fields. You must be proficient in at least two of the following tools: Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Canva, Clipchamp, PowerPoint. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of layout, color, visual hierarchy, and basic video/image editing, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. While not mandatory, exposure to instructional design principles, experience with voiceover recording or basic audio editing, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle would be considered as nice-to-have qualifications for this role.,

Job Responsibilities: Tech writing: Prepare, review, revise and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, release notes, company procedures, system operations, help materials and user documentation. Analyze existing and potential content and identify necessary updates. Produce high-quality technical documentation with minimal support Develop tutorials that align to common customer use cases Gather information through product specification docs, interviews and product demos, and product exploration. Should have a knack to understand complex use cases and technology and produce a simple explanation for them. Coordinate with various stakeholders and work closely with them to produce high-quality customer-facing documentation. Qualifications and Skills: 0-1years of experience in technical writing.
