Job Description

The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to serve as our subject matter expert for Cornerstone OnDemand. This role is central to supporting our training programs by ensuring the system is configured, maintained, and optimized to deliver a seamless learning experience. The individual will work closely with our Training, Technical, and Business teams to upload, organize, and track content while helping scale training initiatives across the company.

Your Experience & Capabilities: 2+ years of hands-on Cornerstone administration experience required Strong knowledge of user management, course creation, and reporting within Cornerstone At least 1 year of training design experience Proficiency with SCORM-compliant content and resolving formatting/compatibility issues Experience with course development tools (Articulate, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills, with high attention to detail Strong communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users Ability to partner across teams and translate training needs into effective system solutions Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
