Role & responsibilities Instruction design of interactive E-learning course development based on customer requirements on policy compliance, business processes, safety, soft skills, software applications, simulations etc. Work with customer subject matter experts to identify learning and instructional goal Create high-level course structure after analysing base content. Prepare content on selected topics Create detailed storyboard to visualise the learning module including contents, instructional graphics, the user interface, script and the finished product. Apply tested adult instructional design theories, practice, and methods into course development. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of skill and knowledge Work with team or work independently to develop basic to high level interactive eLearning courses using standard software tools such as Articulate, storyline, Camtasia etc. to meet customer requirements. Design and develop engaging eLearning courses using various training modalities including, but not limited to mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach medium Prepare & communicate E-learning development plan and do periodic reporting on the progress to stakeholders. Do project management of course development projects including planning, execution, reporting and meeting timelines. Manage client account Conduct skill develop training / information sessions on any identified topic for client or internal team Develop training plan and conduct employee and client training as necessary Provide necessary support to business development team in digital learning SME role as necessary in customer solution discussion meetings. Do quality assurance of developed contents and review with customers and make changes, as necessary. Do business development of Digital learning by onboarding new clients Support team in business development /customer meeting in SME role of Digital Learning section Preferred candidate profile In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Knowledge of standard Learning Management System Lesson and curriculum planning skills Expert level knowledge and experience in developing course objects using e learning development tools such as Articulate, Captivate , Camtasia, Adobe cloud tools etc. Good presentation, oral and written communication & facilitation skills.
