Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and create instructional strategies for eLearning courses.
• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing eLearning content using various instructional design methodologies.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and detailed outlines to guide the development of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and simulations.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to educational objectives.
• Stay updated on eLearning industry trends, educational technologies, and best practices to enhance content development quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer in the eLearning industry,
• Proficiency in using instructional design tools, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and effective learning materials.
