Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  Instagram-first strategies

  to grow accounts from zero to a thriving, loyal audience.
• Conceptualize and produce

  Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts

  that boost reach and engagement.
• Writing scripts and Planning monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Track performance using Instagram Insights and other analytics tools, optimizing based on data.
• Keep updated with new trends and features
• Engage with followers, manage DMs/comments, and nurture a strong community.

Requirements

• Experience

  in Instagram strategy, content creation, or social media marketing of

  at least 1-4 years

• Proven ability to grow or manage an Instagram account from scratch (portfolio or handles welcome).
• Solid understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and growth tactics.
• Creativity and consistency with a knack for storytelling and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and refine strategy.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Instagram tools (Insights, Creator Studio, scheduling apps).
• Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment.
