Your responsibilities will include: - **Customer Interaction**: Welcome and assist walk-in customers while also handling customer queries via phone effectively. - **Product Presentation**: Explain various materials, designs, and options to customers, aligning recommendations with their preferences, requirements, and the latest trends. - **Upselling**: Proactively suggest premium options and complementary products to enhance sales and customer experience. - **Follow-ups**: Conduct regular follow-ups on sales inquiries to convert leads into successful sales and build customer relationships. - **Project Participation**: Actively participate in the full project cycle, from the initial consultation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. - **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and key metrics, and report regularly to the Sales Manager for performance evaluation. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in premium category products. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach. - Quick learning ability to understand our products and adapt effectively. - Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and basic CRM systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. - Experience in managing high-end or premium customers would be preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment for mutual success.
