As an Industrial Sales Executive specializing in Liquid Paints, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and business development within the industrial sector for paints and coatings. You will need to excel in client relationship management, market analysis, and sales negotiation to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets effectively. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with exporters in Moradabad, establishing and nurturing relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and contractors, conducting thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and understand their requirements, presenting and showcasing paint products to clients while highlighting their features and advantages, and formulating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives. Collaboration with the technical and production teams will be essential to ensure timely delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. It will also be crucial for you to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and regularly provide sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management. Addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner will also play a significant role in upholding customer satisfaction levels. To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess 5-12 years of experience in industrial sales, with a preference for a background in the paint/coatings industry. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills are crucial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A solid understanding of industrial paints, coatings, and their applications is essential, coupled with the capacity to generate leads and close deals effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is required, and fluency in both Hindi and English is preferred due to the nature of client interactions. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 45K to 50K per month, this position offers full-time, permanent employment with a day shift from Monday to Friday and weekend availability. There is also a performance bonus structure in place to incentivize exceptional achievements. Prior experience working with exporters in Moradabad and familiarity with technical specifications and applications of industrial paints would be advantageous.
