Institutional Sales

We are hiring dynamic Outreach & Sales Interns who can manage both inside sales (at our Jayanagar center) and field sales (school/college visits) with equal efficiency. This is a people-facing role ideal for self-starters with excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting education.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes in and around Bangalore.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, placement officers, and academic coordinators.
• Confidently pitch NIHT’s digital marketing programs and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Attend and represent NIHT at school/college fairs, workshops, and outreach events.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up on leads generated via field activity or digital channels.
• Maintain a record of daily outreach, follow-ups, and conversions in a structured format.

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates (any stream) with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Candidates with a willingness to travel locally for field visits and school/college outreach.
• Someone with a genuine interest in education, marketing, and working with young people.
• Prior experience in field sales, campus outreach, or academic promotion will be a strong plus.
• Must be strong in Kannada, English language.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
