To ensure site audits are achieved as per the target set within a given timeframe
To ensure sites are visited withing ART as per the calls assigned
To be available & visit the concerned site for other issues like EB issue, site related operational issues or any Vandalism issues.
Identification of Profitable site as and when we receive project for sourcing sites.
Rent negotiation, document collection and rental agreement signing with landlord.
To ensure the site agreement is renewed within a timeframe and avoid delay in signing the same with the landlord
To visit chronic ATM sites within a specific timeframe for ATMS with dip in transactions/Repetitive ATMs
Daily, weekly, monthly monitoring the ATMs assigned
Availability target of 95% for the assigned ATMs
Transaction improvement and management for assigned ATMs
