Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination:
Assist in evaluating, onboarding, and managing vendors for store fit-outs, fixtures, and maintenance.
Brand Implementation:
Coordinate installation of retail identity elements to ensure visual and quality consistency across stores.
Project Tracking:
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time store openings.
Budget Management:
Track project costs to ensure fit-out expenditures remain within approved per square foot budgets.
Compliance & Approvals:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and obtain required approvals from mall/high street authorities when applicable.
Store Upkeep:
Support ongoing repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop formats.
Communication:
Maintain effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and landlords to resolve on-ground issues promptly.
Reporting:
Prepare and share periodic progress reports, project trackers, and updates for management review.
Team Support:
Facilitate regular project review meetings and maintain organized project documentation.

Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
in project coordination, retail expansion, or fit-out execution.
Strong
communication skills
– verbal, written, and presentation.
Excellent
organization and time management
abilities.
Proven ability to
multitask
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong
problem-solving
and decision-making orientation.
Proficiency in
Excel or Google Sheets, AutoCAD & SketchUp.
Experience in the
retail apparel
sector.
