Installation and Service Technician

As an Installation & Training Engineer at our growing 3D printing team, your role involves installing advanced 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS) at client sites and training end-users to operate them confidently. Your technical expertise and people-friendly approach will be key in ensuring successful installations and user training. Key Responsibilities: - Install and calibrate a variety of 3D printers including FDM, SLA, and SLS models. - Provide hands-on and remote training sessions to end-users and client teams. - Develop user-friendly guides, SOPs, and training materials for effective knowledge transfer. - Offer basic troubleshooting support and address post-installation service calls. - Collaborate with the support team for escalations and facilitate spare parts management. - Travel to client sites across Northeast India to fulfill installation and training requirements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma preferred - Experience: Minimum 2 years in field service required - Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English required - License/Certification: Valid driving license required - Willingness to travel: Required 50% of the time In addition to the above role-specific responsibilities and qualifications, we offer performance bonuses and yearly bonuses to recognize your contributions.
