Installation and Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installation and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Install and configure equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on installed systems.
• Utilize an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment functionality.
• Respond promptly to service calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, installations, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Installation and Service Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with equipment handling and the ability to use diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as required.

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with technical interest are welcome).

Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and mechanical systems.

Willingness to travel for installations and service support.

Team player with good communication and learning attitude.
