Installation and Service Technician

As an Installation and Service Technician, your role involves providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. You will be responsible for tying workflow to schedule, managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, diagnosing errors or technical problems, and determining proper solutions. Additionally, you need to produce timely and detailed service reports, operate equipment in a safe manner, and use field automation systems. It is essential to follow all company's field procedures and protocols, cooperate with the technical team, share information across the organization, comprehend customer requirements, and make appropriate recommendations or briefings. Building positive relationships with customers is also a key aspect of this role.
