You possess basic troubleshooting skills for network devices such as Firewalls, switches, servers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, access control, etc. You also have experience and knowledge in Microsoft Outlook Mail Client installation and troubleshooting. Your expertise includes domain connectivity, drive sharing, user rights management, and creating user profiles in an Active Directory environment. You are adept at identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues with IT equipment and software applications. Additionally, you are responsible for managing and updating helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
