Role Overview We are looking for a creative and skilled Instagram Reel Creator who can produce engaging, high-quality short-form video content. The candidate will be responsible for turning provided scripts into attractive and impactful Instagram Reels that align with our brand voice and audience preferences. Key Responsibilities Create and edit Instagram Reels based on scripts provided by the content team. Add suitable visuals, effects, transitions, and background music to enhance engagement. Ensure that videos are optimized for Instagram in terms of format, length, and style. Work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistency in brand messaging. Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, editing tools, and viral reel formats. Deliver videos within given deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality. Requirements Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels or other short-form video content. Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent mobile/desktop apps. Ability to bring scripts to life with engaging visuals, effects, and audio. Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trending formats, and audience engagement strategies. Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability. Ability to work independently from home and meet deadlines consistently. Preferred Qualifications Basic graphic design knowledge for adding text, captions, or overlays.
