Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring Everly White’s world to life online — someone who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and the rhythm of luxury communication. This role is for a creative soul who can balance data with intuition, strategy with art, and consistency with originality. You’ll handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and content planning, ensuring that every piece of communication feels as intentional and beautiful as the art we create. Key Responsibilities Content Management: Create reels, plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Threads, and Facebook regularly Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs with empathy and brand-aligned tone, nurturing a community of conscious collectors. Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the creative director to align content calendars with campaign goals, launches, and ongoing storytelling themes. Analytics: Track engagement metrics, growth, and performance to refine strategies and improve reach. Trend Research: Stay aware of social media trends, luxury brand communication, and neuro-marketing insights — and know when to follow or intentionally break the rules. Copywriting: Write captions that feel like conversations — soulful, intelligent, and subtly persuasive. Brand Consistency: Maintain visual and verbal harmony across all touchpoints to reflect Everly White’s aesthetic and voice. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably with premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, Reels strategy, and community engagement practices. Aesthetic eye and sensitivity to color, tone, and design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media scheduling platforms (Meta Suite, Later, Notion, etc.). Ability to work independently, think creatively, and adapt quickly to new ideas. Located in or willing to relocate to Guwahati. (role will be on-site/hybrid) Personality Fit Emotionally intelligent and creative. Proficiency in English language. Calm, detail-oriented, and deeply organized.
